These terms govern your use of Solva, a VPN application for iOS published by Free vpn app limited (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Solva on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
You are responsible for what you do through the VPN connection. You agree not to use Solva to:
We may suspend access to our server locations where it is necessary to stop abuse or to comply with a legal obligation.
The legality of VPN use varies between countries and can change. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply where you are. Solva is not sold or supported in any territory where its use is prohibited.
Solva lets you connect to VPN servers that you supply. We have no relationship with those servers, no control over them, and no responsibility for their availability, security or conduct. Their credentials are held in the iOS Keychain on your device.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Connection speed depends on your network, your device and the route to the server, and is outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. No VPN can guarantee anonymity or protect you against every threat.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and this clause does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date above, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
